Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the KizoMinds mobile or web application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian.

2. Eligibility

• The Service is intended for educational use by children aged 5 to 16.
• Children under 13 (or under 18 in India under the DPDP Act 2023) must use the Service with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the Service, you confirm you have the legal right to do so under the laws of your country.

3. Description of Service

KizoMinds provides daily quiz questions tailored to a child's grade level, gamified through points, streaks, levels, and rewards. The Service may be used:

• By individual children at home for personal learning.
• By partner schools, where a unique school code links student progress to that institution.

4. Account & Use

• You may not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
• You may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
• You may not impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Each school code is licensed to a single school — sharing it outside the school violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — questions, illustrations, the KizoMinds name and logo, the user interface, and the underlying software — is the property of KizoMinds and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you provide (such as your child's name and avatar) and grant us a limited licence to use it only to operate the Service.

6. Free Service — No Paid Features

The Service is currently provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertisements. The "money", "gold coins", and "diamonds" shown in the app are virtual game currency and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the app.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that quiz content is free of errors.
• KizoMinds is a supplement to, not a replacement for, formal education.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KizoMinds, Ram Prasad KM, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance.
